How long does shipping take?
  • Standard Shipping: 10-15 days after dispatch via DHL or FedEx ($12.95)
  • Free Shipping: 15-25 days after dispatch via EMS (for orders over $50)
All orders take 1-2 days to process before shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide except to some remote areas in Asia. Our team carefully packages each order with protective materials to ensure your gear arrives safely, no matter where you ride waves.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We offer 15-day returns from the date of delivery. Just contact our customer stoke team at [email protected] to initiate your return. Please note: return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We take special care in packaging all shipments, especially boards and fins. If your gear arrives damaged, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and we’ll make it right.
