Shipping Information
Order Processing: 1-2 business days after your order is placed
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)
Note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be stoked about every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve got your back with our hassle-free returns policy.
Our Return Policy
You can return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:
- In original condition (unused, unwashed, with tags attached)
- In original packaging (especially important for board bags and covers)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:
- Glass On Surfboard Fins (once installed, they can’t be removed without damage)
- Legropes (for hygiene reasons)
- Any items marked as “On Special” or clearance
How to Return or Exchange
- Email Us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery
- Wait for Approval – We’ll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Package Your Item – Use the original packaging if possible

Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your item
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Note: International refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
Exchange Process
Want a different size or color? No problem!
- Follow the return process above
- Include a note specifying what you’d like instead
- We’ll ship your new item once we process the return
Pro tip: For faster service, you can place a new order for the item you want while processing your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear arrives damaged or defective:
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement ASAP
International Returns
For returns outside the U.S.:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
